How to control negative emotions:-
If you are dealing with negative emotions and want to control them, I will help you to do so:-
I will give three best and effective ways to get out of it , which after you will put into your life, you will get terrible change and growth:-
1.You have to find positive intend in that negative emotion:- If you are able to find a positive intend in any of the negative emotions you are able to control them.You have to find that positive intend and focus on that forgetting the negative side of that event.You have to deal with that event and every positive intend , so that you can control the thing.
2. You have pick out atleast three positive intends and have to write them:-writing is a amazing piece of work.By writing any thing on a piece of paper or on your mobile notes , it affects your brain to act on those positive intends and find positive intend in any negative emotions.
3.Motion in physiology impacts the emotions in psychology:- In order to understand this point you have to look after this and then understand this.

Physiology + psychology=success.
Motion + emotions=success.
Action + perception=success.

1.Now you are mentally good at those emotions, so you have to be physically be good at them.
2.You have to give motion to those emotions.You have to act on those emotion in such a way that these negative emotions turns into positive outcome.
3.Now only action doesn't matter you have to focus on perception also. If your actions are strong and you have a right and strong perception, you are able to make best out of it.
